All QLTech CD-ROM products are unconditionally guaranteed to be free of defects in workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase. Every master disc has been checked bit for bit against the original before leaving the pressing plant.
We will replace, free of charge, any disc that proves to be defective. Should you experience problems, return your disc along with a copy of your receipt.
If you accidentally scratch your disc, return it to Quantum Leap along with a check or money order for $8. We’ll send you a replacement disc via priority mail.
